1. Custom-Made Products

All products sold by Lord ID Maker are custom-manufactured based on customer-provided specifications, designs, and requirements.
Due to the personalized nature of production, custom products are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started.

2. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

Refunds or replacements may be considered only under the following circumstances:

lManufacturing defects

lPrinting errors that differ from the approved design

lDamage caused during shipping

Customers must contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery and provide clear photos or videos as evidence.

3. Exclusions

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

lMinor color differences caused by screen display variations

lCustomer-submitted design errors

lChanges of mind after production begins

4. Resolution Method

If an issue is confirmed, we may offer:
